You are not alone. Feeling disconnected is more common than you think and you're not the only one. There are simple ways to start reconnecting, even if it’s just one small step:

We Have The Tools
Our men's program coordinator is available to meet one-on-one in a supportive, respectful, safe space to connect you to information, resources, or referrals for:

Solid Ground
A monthly support group for men navigating life's challenges, relationships, and personal growth. In this group, participants will:
- Learn tools for stress, anger, and relationship struggles
- Build healthier communication habits
- Connect with other men on similar journeys

Anger Management
Gives you clear, practical tools to recognize anger early, regulate it, and channel it productively.
Choices For Men
Addresses intimate partner violence at an early stage, promoting healing and resilience.
Tough Truths
Boys today face serious challenges that many don’t talk about. Over 60% of teenage boys say they would be embarrassed to seek help for mental health related issues.1 Boys aged 10-14 are also 2.5x more likely to die by suicide than girls the same age.2
We Can Change
Evidence shows that early support leads to better outcomes. For example, mental health interventions before age 12 have been shown to reduce3:
- Later violent behavior by 50%
- Substance use by 40%

One-On-One Support
Gives boys a consistent, pressure-free space to talk, be real, and build tools they need to navigate life's challenges.
When needed, it’s can be a next step to helping youth connect with the programs or supports that match their goals.

Workshops
Single-session workshops designed to spark real, honest conversations, each created for a different perspective and experience:
Boys
Activity-based and fun, with teaching moments around emotional regulation, healthy masculinity, consent, boundaries, and asking for help.
Boys & Male Mentor
Designed to evoke a sense of connection between boys and their mentor. Builds emotional literacy, normalizes emotions, and models consent and healthy masculinity.
Raising Boys
Explores boys' mental health and the influences around them, including the manosphere, the man box, and the stigma that can stand in the way of support.
