Growth Circle For Women

A 14-week group for women who have been impacted by abusive behaviours in relationships. Offered in partnership with Sagesse.

Intake

It’s just a quick chat to see where you’re at and help find the support that fits best. This also an opportunity to ask any questions you'd like us to answer.

Attend Group

A safe, respectful space where everyone’s experiences matter. Groups can be challenging. Take care and be patient with yourself.

The Finish Line

If you attend the required sessions, you will receive your certificate. Our program coordinator will follow up with you to support your next steps.

All groups require a commitment to attend all sessions.

Join The Next Group

We offer a 14-week group for women who have been impacted by abusive behaviours in relationships. Unless otherwise stated groups are hybrid which means you can attend in-person, online, or a mix of both.

Groups typically run during the fall and winter.

Beyond The Finish Line

Once you’ve completed your group sessions and successfully finished the program, our program coordinators will follow up with you to support your next steps. That might include:

  • Checking in to see how you're doing
  • Offering referrals to other services or supports
  • Helping you explore new goals or steps
  • Reconnecting you with group resources if needed

Every journey is different, extended support is flexible and based on what you need, not a fixed checklist.

Solid Ground

A monthly support group for men navigating life's challenges, relationships, and personal growth. In this group, participants will:

  • Learn tools for stress, anger, and relationship struggles
  • Build healthier communication habits
  • Connect with other men on similar journeys

Currently all programs and services are offered for free, thanks to various grants.

We understand that life happens. All of our groups have the option to attend virtually.

If you reach out to your program coordinator, we can work together to come up with a plan to help you complete the group.

Groups are offered within the City of Camrose with an option to attend online. Each group last two hours each week.
