These programs provide early intervention by building resilience, emotional regulation, and coping skills. Equipping children and youth to manage stress, anxiety, and behavioral challenges, promoting long-term social-emotional well-being and healthier relationships.

Many of our programs are offered through community partners such as schools and youth organization throughout the year. Select programs may be offered directly through our office and announced as openings arise.

Rewriting Reactions
An 8-week certified and structured youth anger management program for youth ages 12-16 that turns big emotions into building blocks.
They'll Gain
- Emotional understanding and self-control
- Healthy ways to cope with stress
- Confidence and everyday life skills
- Tools for better communication and conflict
- Stronger relationships with peers and family

HEROES
HEROES is a strength-based emotional learning program for youth ages 11-14 that builds confidence, resilience, character, and mental wellbeing by helping youth discover and grow their strengths in a safe, supportive environment.
They'll Gain
- Understanding their own strengths
- Ways to manage their emotions
- A sense of belonging and better friendships
- Confidence and real-life skills to handle challenges
Taming Worry Dragons
Taming Worry Dragons is a program for youth ages 8 to 12 that helps them understand and manage anxiety, thought of as a “worry dragon” that can be tamed with truth, relaxation, and courage. We also share easy tips to help caregivers support their child along the way.
They'll Gain
- Confidence to face and manage worries
- Practical tools to calm their body and mind
- Skills to challenge scary or unhelpful thoughts
- Support from caregivers who know how to help
Momentum For Boys
Part of our Real Strength Real Change initiative, this school-oriented program focuses on giving boys a space to build trust, explore their values, and develop critical life skills, all while connecting with their peers.
During this 6-week structured small-group we explore:
- Healthy masculinity
- Leadership and voice
- Consent and boundaries
- Respect and identity
- Healthy relationships
- Accountability and growth
- Emotional literacy

Workshops
Single-session workshops designed to spark real, honest conversations, each created for a different perspective and experience:
Boys
Activity-based and fun, with teaching moments around emotional regulation, healthy masculinity, consent, boundaries, and asking for help.
Boys & Male Mentor
Designed to evoke a sense of connection between boys and their mentor. Builds emotional literacy, normalizes emotions, and models consent and healthy masculinity.
Raising Boys
Explores boys' mental health and the influences around them, including the manosphere, the man box, and the stigma that can stand in the way of support.

Some of our programs are held in partnership with local youth organizations such as BGC Camrose or local schools. When this happens, spaces are filled directly through that organization and are not open for public registration.
Currently all programs and services are offered for free, thanks to various grants.
