Description
- Hospice Society of Camrose and District serves Camrose and the counties of Beaver, Camrose, and Flagstaff.
- Services are offered in homes, hospitals, long-term care, and at our office in the Mirror Lake Centre.
- Programs include palliative and end-of-life support, and bereavement care with individual sessions, companions, walks, and groups.

- Assists with completion of referrals and system navigation.
- Participates in development of a Coordinated Access system in Camrose and area, to support housing coordination and community engagement. Reports to the Camrose & District Housing & Homelessness Task Force.
