$190/week
$145 for the week of August 14
Registration opens May 9.
REMINDER: This program fills within hours so do not delay submitting your registration.
Supply List
Each child will need the following with their name clearly listed:
- Backpack: To keep everything together and hold belongings on our walks.
- Refillable Water Bottle
- NUT FREE Lunch & Snacks each day.
- Comfortable Walking Shoes: We do lots of walking. All shoes must be closed toe, and secure to the foot. Absolutely no flip flops or Croc shoes allowed.
- Sunscreen: Must not be expired and have a date. Preferably not spray on.
- Hat: For outside time.
- Loose and light long sleeve button up shirt for extra sun protection.
- Inside Shoes: For inside time.
Summer Care 2026 Registration
Step 1
Fill in the registration form linked below. One form per child. Form must be completed in one sitting. It can not be saved or finished later.
Step 2
Download and fill in Medication and PAD forms. Email them to summer@camroseoscar.ca
Step 3
We'll review submissions in the order they are submitted and will be in touch, over the next week, to confirm your registration.
Notice! If your banking information has not changed, you can choose to continue using your PAD from your 2025-2026 Registration.

Registration Notices
Your child's spot is NOT considered confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us the week after registration.
Medication Record
- If your child has an Epi-pen or Inhaler, a separate Medication Form for each medication, must be submitted with the registration package.
- The medication MUST be with the child each day they attend summer care or left in our medication box.
- If your child will require a short-term prescription while at OSCAR Summer Care, a short-term medication form is to be completed and submitted, if needed.

Alberta Child Care Subsidy
Available to families with school aged children (Grade 1 to 6) with an annual income of less than $90,000.

Pre-Authorized Debit payments come out of your bank accounts on the 20th of the month or the next banking day.
No, OSCAR only offers after school care and 7 weeks of summer care. We do not cover PD days or statutory holidays, including during the summer.
Yes, there is a $60 non-refundable registration fee due when forms are submitted. Our family rate for multiple children is $85. Registration is not confirmed until registration fee is paid in full.
Full time attendance is preferred, but we accept children with many different schedules as long as we have space available.
