While our programs take place in school spaces, we are not directly affiliated with the school.

Calendars & Schedules
There are two kinds of calendars to choose from:
2024-25 Consistent Days of Care for full time or consistent days that do not change each week. This calendar is set for the school year.
2024-25 Monthly Calendar for a flexible schedule that needs to be emailed every month before the 20th or the date indicated on the calendar.
Fee Structure
Subject to change with notice.
New rates starting September 2025 for the 2025-2026 year.
Non-Refundable Registration Fee
To be submitted along with the registration form.
$60/child or $85/family
Fees
Hourly Rate: $8.00/hour per child
Day Rate: $18.75/day per child
Other Fees
Failure to Notify: $25 per day per child
Late Fee: $25 per incident per child plus $5 per 5 minutes per child
NSF Fee: $45 per incident

Registration Notices
Your child's spot is NOT considered confirmed until:
- Registration Forms are complete and not missing any information.
- Registration Fee has been received.
- We accept credit cards over the phone (780‑672‑0141) or in person (4821‑51 Street, Camrose).
Medication Record
- If your child has an Epi-pen or Inhaler, a separate Medication Form for each medication, must be submitted with the registration package.
- The medication MUST be with the child each day they attend summer care or left in our medication box

Alberta Child Care Subsidy
Available to families with school aged children (Grade 1 to 6) with an annual income of less than $90,000.
Applications are done online only. My Alberta ID is required.

Pre-Authorized Debit payments come out of your bank accounts on the 20th of the month or the next banking day.
No, OSCAR only offers after school care and 7 weeks of summer care. We do not cover PD days or statutory holidays, including during the summer.
Yes, there is a $60 non-refundable registration fee due when forms are submitted. Our family rate for multiple children is $85. Registration is not confirmed until registration fee is paid in full.
Full time attendance is preferred, but we accept children with many different schedules as long as we have space available.
