Senior's CHOICES, funded in part by the Government of Canada’s Age Well at Home Initiative, is a comprehensive program, available to residents of the City of Camrose, Camrose County, and the County of Flagstaff, that enhances the well-being of seniors facing health challenges, loneliness and social isolation. Compassionate care in seniors Homes that provide them with Opportunities to maintain their Independence while Connecting and Engaging them with resources and Services. Supports include, yard card, snow removal, household maintenance, local transportation, as well as, errand and grocery pickup. Qualifying for Senior’s CHOICES is based on Line 15000 of your previous year’s Income Tax Return. The income cut off is $30,000 for single occupant households and $50,000 for double occupancy households. We are a part of Camrose & District FCSS.

The Smith Clinic is a multi-disciplinary clinic combining family practice with various specialties. We offer same day appointments Monday to Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To make an appointment call 780-672-2423 and press options 1, 2 or 3.
