We offer both pre-natal and parenting support for families with children ages 0-6. Our approach is family centered and strength based, we work in partnership with families and tailor services to best meet your needs. The intent of Home Visitation is to increase protective factors and build resiliency thereby increasing a family's capacity to provide responsive parenting in a safe and nurturing environment. We utilize a curriculum called Growing Great Kids to help support the 'big picture' part of parenting and relationships, coupled with other tools and resources that encourage critical and creative thinking to build on the knowledge and skill sets that you already have. As a further extension our PCAP program offers specialized, holistic support during and after pregnancy for those experiencing difficulties with substance use and other health or social needs. We work together for 3 years building connections that help to create the life you want. We work closely with community partners to ensure a holistic approach to meeting needs that you identify for your family and to build awareness of community supports for long term parenting success. All programs are voluntary and free of charge. Referrals are welcome from everyone including self.
