Currents Art Psychotherapy Studio

Art therapy combines the creative process and psychotherapy, facilitating self-exploration and expression. Art therapy thoughts and feelings can be expressed that would otherwise be difficult to articulate. Art experience is not required, nor is artistic ability. Offers individual, couples and group sessions.
