Covenant Care Counselling MSW, RSW

Work with clients around trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, stress, relationship problems, self-esteem, body dysphoria, and mood swings. The Counsellor has an MSW RSW, and specialized training in EMDR, DBT, CBT, SFT and exposure therapy.
