Altin has received training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, CBT, Complex PTSD, Certified EMDR, Certified sex Therapy Informed Professional, and Solution Focused Therapy, which binds with a humanistic approach for best outcomes. Services are offered in person and/or virtual.
