An Internet gateway to information about adult learning in Alberta.

Camrose Adult Learning Centre is a grassroots community-based nonprofit society funded by the Alberta Government to provide, promote, and increase access to adult foundational (Grade 1-9 level) learning opportunities in areas such as Adult Literacy, Numeracy, Skills for Learning. 

We offer Basic Digital Skills, English Language Learning, and Community Capacity Building. We also offer a CAEC (formerly known as GED) Prep Course that prepares adult learners to write the CAEC Exam. 

We deliver quality community-based adult learning opportunities by removing barriers (financial and others) to meet adults' learning and employability needs. At Camrose and Area Adult Learning Centre, we seek to help foundational adult learners by providing a service in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.

We are a Bible school designed to help young adults encounter God in new and deeper ways through Bible teaching, adventure, and discipline.

Augustana is the University of Alberta's liberal arts and sciences campus, located in Camrose, AB. Students can complete both bachelor’s and master’s degrees at Augustana. The campus offers students a close-knit community with a focus on experiential learning, undergraduate research, and innovative programming, as well as events that are open to the wider Camrose community.
