Offers confidential, non-judgmental, relationship-focused individual therapy for adults. She has over ten years of experience working in a clinical setting dealing with depression, anxiety, post-partum concerns, PTSD, trauma and abuse, in addition to personal growth and self-esteem issues. Chelcie incorporates a variety of therapeutic modalities and their interventions to meet client's goals. Chelcie is also certified to practice EMDR. While in-person sessions are preferred, online therapy is available.

Zoë Andresen is Registered Provisional Psychologist with a Masters in Counselling Psychology. She uses a client-centered approach to assist clients in developing self-awareness and improve mental health outcomes. Zoë works with children (3 years and up), adolescents, adults, couples and families. Modalities utilized include but are not limited to; CBT, DBT, attachment therapy, somatic awareness, emotional regulation tools and psychoeducation, and play, sand and art therapy techniques. Virtual and in-person appointments are available Sunday to Friday.
