We can support you by providing information and referrals to programs and services available to individuals and families.

Our Community Social Support Coordinator offers one-on-one sessions, free of charge, to support individuals. In addition to connecting you to programs and services, they can assist with filling out government forms and offer guidance on housing options and rights. As part of our services, we are also proud to offer the AHS ID Program.
