OUT OF SCHOOL CARE PROGRAM (OSCAR)

Welcome to the OSCAR Program. OSCAR has been offering safe and stimulating child care since 1998, right in your child's own school or assigned school.  We hope this information will help you understand and use OSCAR to the best advantage for your family.  Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with our new and revised polices. 

Reminders

• Call OSCAR office (CDSS) with all Calendar/Schedule changes by 12:00 noon.  Minimum 1 hour charge applies.  24 hour notice to be exused from the 1 hour daily charge.
  
  780-672-0141 - answering machine for after hours.  Please state the child's name,program location, date of change, reason (to track illness) and date called.
  
• Monthly Schedules/Calendars are due the 20th of each month.  A drop box is located outside of the CDSS office door (white locked box) for after hour drop off.
  
• Keep your information and child's information updated (license requirement.)
  
• Keep your account up-to-date. (See policy).  After hour payment (cheques not cash) may be dropped off at the locked box located outside the CDSS office.
  
• Have non-marking indoor shoes daily.
