Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) includes a range of disabilities caused by prenatal exposure to alcohol. People affected by FASD may require supports for their entire lifetime to help them meet their full potential. We can provide coordinated access to support services to meet the needs of those living with FASD & their caregivers, which vary in each Network & may include: enhanced support for at-risk women, in-home & outreach support for children & youth whose parents have FASD, supports of caregivers of children, youth & adults living with FASD, assessment & diagnostic services & information/awareness about FASD.

A) Shared Living Residential Program for people with severe and persistent mental illness. Tenants are independent and receive peer and staff support.
B) Assertive Outreach provides support to individuals who are not receiving other supports & assists individuals to connect to a support system.
C) Independent Living Support provides continuous support to individuals whose mental illness has resulted in a significant level of disability.
D) Resource Centre provides info about mental illness to clients & families. The centre has a drop-in component. Clients also receive support with housing issues, aid in accessing financial, medical & psychiatric support as needed, emotional support & budgeting support, etc. Free coffee.
E) The Speakers Group includes individuals who raise awareness of mental health issues & create awareness & public understanding of mental illness through sharing of personal experiences.
F) Individual Support provides supports to persons with both a developmental disability & a mental illness.
G) Cooking with Class - to provide basic cooking skills for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness & to address poverty & nutrition through a community kitchen.
